The Certificate IV in Alcohol and Other Drugs focuses on providing assessment and support to clients with alcohol and drug issues; in private or public healthcare settings, residential care, out-patient services, and community-based centres.
You'll learn about interviewing in the initial client assessment, responding to crisis, working with people with mental health concerns, and providing alcohol and other drugs (AOD) interventions.
