By completing this qualification, individuals can gain skills and knowledge in the areas of leading effective workplace relationships, leading team effectiveness, implementing operational plans, implementing continuous improvement as well as specialised units which can be specific to their role and workplace.
We currently provide this qualification via a traineeship, allowing students to have support from their trainer, while being able to apply what they have learnt into their workplace tasks.
