Certificate IV in Warehousing Operations reflects the role of individuals working as a leader in the warehousing and storage industry. Individuals at this level have advanced leadership skills and oversee a team of warehouse workers, arranging workflow, monitoring stock levels, and providing reports to management. They facilitate conflict resolutions within their team and help facilitate and maintain a safe and OH&S compliant workplace.
Delivery underpins our philosophy that work is the learning and learning is the work. We deliver a combination of formal training sessions and mentoring, utilising a mix of on-the-job observation and questioning, and workplace-based projects throughout our assessment tasks. Participants are encouraged to challenge and build upon their existing knowledge and extend their boundaries while expanding their skill base. To successfully attain the TLI41816 Certificate IV in Warehousing Operations, students are required to complete a total of twenty-one (21) units of competency, comprising of three core units, and eighteen elective units. Fifteen units must be selected from the approved list of elective units, and up to three units may be selected from any currently endorsed Training Package or accredited course.
