Delve into the creative world of gaming with the Certificate IV in Digital and Interactive Games. Gain career enhancing knowledge and game-related artificial intelligencein an industry-standard setting.
Gain these skills:
- design games
- games programming
- create visual game assets
- assemble games prototypes
- build a graphical user interface
- copyright and ethics
- workplace health and safety
- launch games used in virtual reality
Software systems in use include, but are not limited to - Unity Hub, Blender 3D, Hack n Plan, Adobe suite, Audacity.
Full-time attendance is equivalent to three days a week.
This is a WA priority skills course so lower tuition fees apply and employment prospects are higher. STEM skills are a focus of this course as it develops strengths in technology.
The Centre for IT Excellence (CITE) provides state of the art, industry relevant training in information technology, creative media and electronics. We provide pathways from foundation studies to advanced diploma with specialist training in cyber security, systems and programming.
