Printing and graphic arts can be a pathway to any design field in the creative industries with further study.

Study the Certificate IV in Printing and Graphic Arts and you'll learn to design layouts and assemble text and graphics into page formats for printing, apply solutions to a range of problems associated with the reproduction of images for the print medium, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources.

It is highly recommended that you have completed ICP31415 Certificate Ill in Print Communications (as it contains prerequisite units) before entering this course.

North Metropolitan TAFE gives you the opportunity to complete both the Certificate Ill and Certificate IV in one year, improving your job prospects as well as allowing you to gain direct entry into the CUA50715 Diploma of Graphic Design.
