If you have experience in meat processing and you're looking to progress into a supervisor role, the Certificate IV in Meat Processing (Leadership) is the next step in your career.
This nationally recognised qualification will train you to facilitate Quality Assurance standards, workplace health and safety, risk control, and to facilitate hygiene and sanitation standards.
